Thirroul is a small coastal village nestled between the escarpment and the sea: relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely worth the visit.

Our clinic sits in the heart of the village, easy to reach by car with street parking right outside, or a five minute walk from the train station. We draw patients from across the Illawarra and the Shire, and many tell us the trip itself is part of the experience. You can almost smell the ocean from the clinic door.

Come in the morning and grab a coffee or breakfast at Blackbird before your appointment. Come at lunch and explore one of the many local restaurants along the strip. Come in the evening and finish with a pizza at Ciro's.

Or simply take a stroll through town or along the waterfront after your session, the beach is ten minutes on foot at most.

We all come from outside Thirroul ourselves, from Sutherland, Helensburgh and Dapto, and every one of us loves working here. There's something about this place that makes the day feel a little lighter.
