With a deep belief in food as medicine and a holistic approach to health, Zanè helps clients — particularly women over 35 — restore balance in body and mind through personalised nutrition, hormone support, and emotional healing.
Zanè specialises in supporting women through perimenopause and beyond, helping them overcome fatigue, mood swings, weight challenges, and hormonal imbalances. Zanè works with both women and men, understanding that long-term health requires more than diet plans or quick fixes. She helps clients break free from outdated beliefs such as “eat less, exercise more,” and instead creates sustainable, nourishing strategies that honour each person’s unique needs.
Her practice supports a wide range of health concerns including:
-
Perimenopause and hormone imbalance
-
Weight and metabolism issues
-
Fatigue and mood challenges

Chris Fysh- Acupuncurist
With over 30 years of experience serving the Illawarra and Sydney communities, Chris Fysh brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and clinical expertise to her acupuncture practice.
She is highly trained in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and the refined, gentle techniques of Japanese Acupuncture—known for its shallow, virtually painless needlework that many patients find exceptionally comfortable.
Chris offers a holistic approach to care, addressing each person as a whole—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Her treatments are tailored using traditional diagnostic methods such as tongue and pulse analysis, and often incorporate: Craniosacral Therapy, cupping, or moxibustion to enhance healing outcomes. This unique combination is particularly effective in managing musculoskeletal issues, headaches, stress, digestive disorders, pregnancy-related care, and mental and emotional wellbeing.
Her extensive career has included work in Women's Health Centres, Aboriginal men's drug and alcohol halfway houses, detox and rehab hospitals, and private practices—giving her a deep understanding of complex health needs across different communities.
Chris is a registered practitioner with AHPRA and a member of AACMA (Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association). She also holds postgraduate qualifications in Japanese Acupuncture.
